It represents an integrated commercial and recreational project, which the Company won in year 2003 under B.O.T. system.

The Company is still awaiting signing the contract with the government institution. The Park is located at Salmiya area within Hawally governorate, and occupies an area of 320,000 square meters.

 The estimated cost of this project is KD. 18,500,000.
