The Company was awarded this project in 2004, it is designed to the most advanced specification in the Middle East, and one of the most unique projects in the State of Kuwait.
The project extends alongside the 6th Ring Road next to the new Cinema Complex, and occupies an area of 70,000 square meters. It contains a hotel, retail mall , covered and air-conditioned main stadium together with indoor and outdoor tennis, squash courts health club, tennis academy, and recreation services and activities.

The cost of the project is KD. 25,000,000 and the Company owns estimated 25% of project.
